Protecting the Unborn is probably the biggest priority on our list of importance with Christian on a Mission, as everything in life begins with life…And, if we do not become bolder and more aggressive in our Pro-Life movement in our country – specifically in our Diocese of Palm Beach – we will be allowing the abortionists and evil places like Planned Parenthood have the upper hand and we will be fighting an even more of an uphill battle. It is time we step it up right now.
Serving as the President for the Palm Beach County Right to Life League, my immediate goal is to bring our fight against the atrocities of abortion to a level never seen in the Diocese of Palm Beach. For too many years, numerous Pro-Lifers were rather content in just praying the rosary in front of abortion clinics and joining the Bishop once a year for the “Roe v. Wade Anniversary Prayer Rallies” in late January. That is all fine and dandy and we will continue to do that – but, we truly need to get bolder and way more aggressive in coming after the abortionists in our diocese who are wreaking havoc to the tune of 5,808 abortions in Palm Beach County, alone in 2013.
“If protecting the unborn were a crime, I would be doing Life, and saving a few while I’m at it…” ~Willy Guardiola, National Prayer Day, 2014
What I mean by getting bolder and more aggressive is to confront the “root of this evil” right at the root, itself, and trying to nip it in the bud. For example, take a look at the new campaign that we started at the beginning of August, where we stepped up our efforts against abortionist, Daniel Sacks, whose OBGYN office on Okeechobee and Benoist Farms, we have been picketing since November of 2013. We now have gone to the more popular and visible facility where Sacks has “privileges” at to see if we can have him removed or at least exposed in front of his countless colleagues. I am speaking about St. Mary’s Medical Center in W.P.B., a devout Catholic hospital, known for its ever-famous maternity ward and baby delivery operation. We began an aggressive letter-writing campaign to the CEO at St. Mary’s, Davide Carbone, and will now follow up on our intentions. I will be meeting with Mr. Carbone at the beginning of September.
We will be doing the same at the other abortion facility in Palm Beach County that is doing damage to our citizens in the western communities – Planned Parenthood in Wellington. We also have our other “40 Days for Life” Prayer Campaign located at this facility and just like at St. Mary’s Medical Center, I will be approaching the CEO at Wellington Regional Center, Robin Lee, to see what we can do about putting pressure on Planned Parenthood and to try to curb the number of abortions being performed there and/or try to have them move their abortion offices from our county. As of the beginning of September 2014, that will be in the works. Please keep this all in prayer…

THIS HISTORIC EVENT MARKED THE FIRST TIME IN THE HISTORY
OF OUR DIOCESE THAT OUR “TWO OLDEST PRO-LIFERS HAVE
EVER BEEN “TWO-GETHER” AT THE SAME TIME, UNDER THE SAME ROOF!
Friends: If two elderly women like Catherine & Tillie can make it to so many of our
events in our Diocese, I can only assume that if we all put in a little bit of an effort
and pray to the Holy Spirit – we can all achieve even greater things as a Diocese.
During this ever-important “40 Days for Life Campaign” – can we all come
“Two-gether” as One Body in Christ and Pray for the Unborn!!!
